BioYet another chubby girl tryin' to de-chub! You can pretty much say that weight has been an issue all of my life, but I won't bore you with all the details at this very moment - I'll save that for a specific blog entry. There was really only one time I was successful in losing weight, but then I entered University. A year and a half of stress, horrible eating, and next to no physical activity, I was a balloon! This blog entails my struggles, my small and big achievements, my views of body image and more. The reason for this blog: motivation. I need your encouragement, support, and to know that others are going through the same thing that I am. I would definitely be one to say that there were plenty of times that I started out great, but somewhere along the road lost my motivation and ended up right back to my start weight. So I invite you to drop in on this journey of mine and if you are like me - needing some encouragement and motivation, I would be extremely happy to oblige.
